I want to express to you my warmest and sincerest gratitude for your strong support, trust and vote of confidence. 

As you are aware, I resigned my seat for the federal riding of Vaughan on September 2, 2010. My years in federal politics have been very successful because of our continuous and meaningful dialogue .  we have made a great difference to our city and to the lives of millions of Canadians.  We have achieved much over the past 22 years by working together.  Our agenda of lowering taxes, key investments in health care, education, research and development and infrastructure for our city has improved our quality of life and standard of living.
